Nitro PDF Express is a very easy to use program that helps you to create Adobe PDF documents from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Visio, Internet Explorer (.HTML, .HTM) , Image files such as JPG, png, TIF, GIF, BM, text files, Corel WordPerfect (.wpd) and Windows metafiles (.wmf, .emf). Using the simple "Create new PDF" wizard, you can add as many files as you wish.by multiple file selection and then you will see a progress bar that tells you the status of the conversions. Nitro PDF Express can also do the reverse this action and convert any PDF file to Microsoft Word document. One of the nice features is that the program is capable of merging multiple PDF and non-PDF files together if the file is of one of the previously mentioned formats that the program supports. Another feature which is not provided by other program competitors is advanced ability of splitting multiple files at once and not just one-by-one according to one/multiple page range(s). The program also provides the ability to secure your created or any PDF document, and there are two levels of passwords, the first one allows you to set a read-only password which prevents the readers from viewing your PDF documents without providing the correct password. The second level of protection is setting a password for specific functions such as creating, inserting, deleting, rotating, filling forms, commenting and extracting pages . You can also force printing of your documents by your readers to be in low or high resolution. Thanks to the other enhanced protections that this program allows which enable you to enable/disable copying of text, images, graphics and allowing/disallowing text access for devices for visually impaired persons. |
